This is the link to the "Hello" song that I
used in Kindergarten:

I used the following song in my first lesson in kinder. We were revising colours, so I used the song as a game. Kids sang and did the actions as they heard the song. They really enjoyed it!

We worked with the topic of "School objects" and so I used the following box in order to introduce new vocabulary:
I made use of the following poster in order to introduce the adjectives: Big & Small, while revising previous vocavulary:
During my fifth lesson in kinder, we were working with shapes and I invited children to listen to a song. We made a big circle in the middle of the class and held hands. We listened to the song and did the actions while we heard the song:

Finally, I used the following
video to revise Circle and Square shapes and introduce Rectangle and Triangle.
It was a lovely video!!
As homework, I sent a note to the families inviting them to watch the
video at home.
In
this way, children had the possibility to share with their family what they had
learned.
As regards the second period (Primary level), I used these flashcards to activate previous knowledge and reise vocabulary related to the four seasons:
Then, I used the following book (big size) to revise the seasons and introduce the Present Continuous in a meaningful way:
I showed students this Power Point to introduce family vocabulary. I chose an ant family to establish a relation with the story I had already told them:
I used this funny video about Mr. Bean in order to practise the Present Continuous. Kids liked it a lot! They started clapping after watching it! =)

Last but not least, I used these stamps and stickers when students finished a written activity in Kinder and Primary level:
I would like to share with you an article we read in
Didactics II, by Mark Fletcher (2005) called “Focus on feelings”.
The author refers to every student as “a fragile china vase” and I cannot agree
more with him. He states that every child
that comes into the classroom carries a vase and only some lucky ones may carry
a vase in excellent conditions. Others may come with a cracked or chipped vase,
or just small pieces of it. These latter students are the ones who need a lot
attention and care from the teacher, as they may be withdrawn or disruptive
students. Teachers should know how to increase these students’ motivation and
self-esteem. As teachers, we have the challenging job of repairing the damage
done on these vases and to create an encouraging atmosphere, a nice learning
environment that builds positive attitudes and promotes value and success.
My experience in Primary level reminded me of this article, that is why
I am sharing it here:

The last period of my practicum experience was Secondary level. I designed these cards with the students´names to call them by their names every time I interacted with them:
The first lesson I placed these words and pictures on the board to play a guessing game and let students know about me:
The topic of the lessons was "Healthy lifestyle" and I chose these flashcards to work with vocabulary in different activities and games:
Bingo Cards!
The video shows ten tips for a healthy life. Students were asked to make predictions before watching the video and then to check their guesses after watching. After that, they watched the video again and they marked some sentences as True or False. In pairs, they had to correct the false ones using the structure learnt (Should/Shouldn´t):
