It has been a long way of effort,
sacrifice and perseverance studying online. Hours and hours in front of the
computer leaving aside moments to share with loved ones, especially
friends. However, I believe that all this effort was worth it ... feeling so
close to the final moment gives me a lot of energy because I know that what is
coming is a long path of success and a lot of learning. This last year of
practicum was really hard but I could learn a lot from my tutors and partners. As
I stated in my final assessment report, this experience was absolutely positive
for my personal and professional development. I devoted a lot of time to planning
my lessons as well as to reflecting upon them.
I could develop as a teacher and I could learn a lot about
how each group age approach and learn English.
I am aware that, in order to become a great professional, further training is needed, and that I have to improve some aspects. That will be my goal, in order to provide lessons up to my students´expectations.
I have much to thank "Lenguas Vivas", and its entire professional staff, classmates and secretary, especially our dear Alicia. They were always present in every step I took in the institution and that is something I greatly value. To my family and friends, who were always there to help me, encouraging me to continue and not to give up. Before I started studying online I hesitated too much, and today I can say it was the best decision I could have made. Farewell "Lenguas Vivas". Thanks for everything! This is just the beginning of a long way to go!
